Horizon Credit Union Credit Card Transactions Stopped Downloading (edited)

After May 3, my Horizon CU Visa Platinum credit card account transactions stopped updating in the transaction feed. I disconnected and then reconnected the account, hoping the missing transactions would appear, but they did not. I have several Horizon accounts, and all of them except the CC account are updating.

    Hello @dnemecek,

    Thanks for reaching out! To clarify, is it only the credit card account that isn't updating transactions? If so, is the account balance updating correctly, or is it not updating either?

    I know you stated that you already tried disconnecting and reconnecting the single account, but I would have you verify if the following steps work to resolve the issue:

    • Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
    • Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    • If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

    Hi! The balance displayed in Quicken is the correct balance. However, I ran all your above steps, and the transaction history since May 3 is still missing. There are several other accounts for which this happens, but those are so infrequently charged that I just manually update them.

    Can you please provide the following information so that we can look into escalating the issue? Feel free to DM this information if you prefer!

    • The name of the account the transactions are missing from, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
    • The Date, Payee, and Amount of a few example transactions that are currently missing in Quicken Simplifi.
    • A screenshot of the example transactions from the bank's website.
    • A screenshot of the corresponding register in Quicken Simplifi showing that the transactions are missing.
    • A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that has a wide enough scope to show the full page URL. This is the landing page after signing in, and typically lists all accounts and balances. You will want to take this from a web browser and not a mobile browser, as well as redact any private info such as account numbers.

    Hello @dnemecek,

    Thanks for the requested information! The only thing we still need is a screenshot of the Account Summary page from the bank's website. It looks like the one you provided was from a mobile browser. It will need to be from a web browser, please.

    I am back with an update from our service provider on this issue. They state that the issue should be resolved, and to try accessing the account again to verify if the transactions are still missing. Let us know!
