Alert or notification system for known issues (edited)
Hello,
It would be helpful if the Quicken team would notify users of known bugs via email or message.
I say this cause I spent hours thinking I did something wrong regarding the duplicate transaction issue. Im a new customer and thought I caused it. I finally contacted customer service for help and was told about the known bug.
Just some advice.

I think a notification system for known issues is a great idea! I know we have some in place, such as banners or notices for banks experiencing outages, and our product team sometimes enables pop-ups for other issues. But seeing something more consistent would be very helpful!

I agree with this! Especially with bigger issues affecting our data, it would be helpful to know about them in advance instead of spending time worrying what's wrong and trying to figure out if you messed something up.

The obvious place to add this is in the Notifications Settings.
Also under help, there is a link to the community. Perhaps language could be added to check for known issues there.
