Unable to connect to Alerus (FDP-106)
Hello, I am having problems connecting to my Alerus Financial Services account. I am able to connect throught their website with no problem. I switched to using the "Alliance Benefit Group" connection which uses alerusfinancial.com and it worked for a couple of months, but this broke again and it gives me this error code: FDP-106. I tried using the regular Alerus connection, which uses alerus.com and I get this error: We are unable to connect to Alerus at this time. Care Code: FDP-176
Any suggestions for fixing this issue?

Thank you for reaching out! If you are receiving the FDP-106 error when trying to update your account currently in Quicken Simplifi, then I would have you try the following steps to see if they work in resolving the issue:
- Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
