Roundpoint mortgage not connecting
I'm aware this topic is on other threads, but wanted to point out that other aggregators seem to have no issue. I'm trying to transfer from Monarch which has worked flawlessly since I set it up several months ago. I'm not sure why one aggregator work, and another would not. I do like Simplifi's UI, but these are important accounts to track.

To answer your question about why one aggregator would work and another wouldn't, the aggregators are service providers. They aren't all run by the same company; they may have different policies, fees, etc. Financial institutions aren't forced to work with every aggregator. They may choose to work with all, some, or none at all.
For this specific issue with Roundpoint mortgage, the current recommendation is to contact them directly about this issue.
