Reports: Save the Date Range setting based on what was last used (edited)

1. Scale the graph to a reasonable range. Zero dollars should not always be the minimum of the Y access. Zero means any changes to actual net worth are undetectable in the graph after a certain value of net worth is reached. I want to SEE the changes, not have to parse a table of values.

2. Save the date range setting based on what was last used. Defaulting to 6 months is not useful.
