Manual account balance wrong as of today

I have an HSA that I can't link to Simplifi so it's manual, and I do everything through a recurring series of positive Balance Adjustment transactions which I mark as cleared on each payday.

Today's hit so I marked the reminder as cleared, and then I noticed the balance is wrong — not accounting for today's transaction despite me marking it as cleared and it appearing in the ledger.

I've done everything the same way without issue since April and this is the first time this has happened. I even manually went through every transaction in the ledger and it adds up to the correct value, but the account balance is wrong.

Before you ask, I use "Balances with Pending" and in this case there are no pending transactions!

    To clarify, if the account is manual, the "balance with pending" and "bank balance" settings won't apply. Instead, the balance is calculated by using the sum of the transactions that have been entered into the account. With that, I'd suggest signing out and back in to see if the balance then updates for you. Otherwise, you are likely experiencing this known issue and will want to allow 24 hours to see if the balance updates:
