More robust goal feature
Add the ability for a user to select multiple accounts contributing to a goal balance. Also add the ability to segment partial amounts from the balance of an account to multiple goals, keeping in mind the overall balance of that account so it isn't overdrawn.

Part of your goal already has votes (should probably be edited out of your idea by a coach), keeping one unique idea per idea post.
Here is the existing idea:
Right now, for the rest of your idea, the amount contributed to a goal is held "Virtually" from each account separately, and it shows your balance before and after the goal, so, in my opinion, that's already there. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding, though.

Hello @mcusey,
Thanks for reaching out! RobWilk is correct in that the first part of your idea post matches the idea post they shared. You will want to vote for and follow that post for updates.
As for the latter half of your idea post, I converted it into a discussion so that we could get more information on what you are asking for since it seems we already have this ability in Quicken Simplifi. When you contribute funds to a Savings Goal, Quicken Simplifi will separate the amount you've contributed from your available balance. This support article goes into more detail on how Savings Goals work in Quicken Simplifi:
I hope this information helps,
Coach Jon

This is perfect, I must've missed that feature when I was testing it for myself. This is doing exactly what I'd expect it to. I'll upvote the feature request that RobWilk shared. We can close this feature request discussion. Thank you all for being so prompt in responding!
