One Click Recurring Manual Transactions…

Hi,

I’m a manual user of Quicken.

In my experience, it’s very very tedious to create a recurring transaction when you manually generate all transactions:

1. You need to generate the recurring transaction.
2. You need to generate the current transaction
3. You need to open the transaction, search, and link it to the recurring transaction.

I believe it would be much easier if we could open the recurring transaction, and be able to click on one botton that allows us to automatically generate and link the recurring transaction.

it would facilitate A LOT the daily use of the app.

I went ahead and moved this out of Feature Requests, as I believe we have some existing requests that would meet your needs. The first request is for the ability to convert a recurring reminder to a transaction automatically:

I wouldn't want them to be created automatically - as I need to actually remember to make the payment. However, it's currently a very large number of clicks to create a manual transaction (with the correct amount, date, category and tags) and then to link it to the reminder. Since the reminder has all or most of the information needed for the transaction, I would love a way to do this in one or two clicks.
