    Natalie and team,

The OAuth flow for Chime appears to be broken.

I'm getting FDP-390 and when prompted to reconnect.
Once clicking the "RECONNECT" button, the Chime OAuth consent window opens as expected.
But immediately, a red warning appears over the source modal stating The sign-in process was interrupted.
This happens on the web app, any platform. Pop-ups allowed. Also in the Progress WebApp (pictured).

I am able to sign into Chime and click the button to grant access; but in doing so, the consent modal navigates to Simplifi's redirect URI presenting as a 404 page.

  • Any updates? Primary account a lot of my bills come out of, so Simplifi is unfortunately mostly (but not completely) useless for me until that's resolved. And I know that sounds snippy, so just wanted to add it's not meant to be :) Just hoping it's resolved soon - very much enjoy using Simplifi, great product except for these hiccups. Realize it's also not necessarily on your side of things, but would appreciate an update.

    Thanks.
