Connecting to Edelman Financial Engines

I have a traditional IRA with Edelman Financial Engines. The custodian for the account is Schwab. I want to include this account in Quicken Simplifi but EFE is not one of the choices for linking. I tried to link directly to Schwab but it tells me to call their customer service line. Has anyone else encountered this?

    @cardcj, thanks for posting to the Community!

    I'm not seeing Edelman Financial listed as a bank in Quicken Simplifi. What is the URL used when signing into the bank's website so we can look that way as well? Otherwise, you may need to submit a Missing Financial Institution Request if you're unable to access the account via Schwab.

    I resolved this problem. Simplifi needs to connect directly to the custodian of the account, Schwab. My Schwab account was locked for inactivity but I called them and it’s working now.
