Add a Transaction Import Log (edited)

Hello, I performed a csv import from mint. At least one of the transactions didn't import. There is probably a reason for this. Before actually trying to catch all the corner cases of why a transaction might be incorrectly skipped, it would be awesome to have some kind of "import log" that just did a text dump of all the transactions and what happened (created, skipped, error, etc.). This would mean that I could at least know what made it in, and then I can manually make repairs.
