how to print full reports in Simplifi

Hi. I am trying to print out a report in Simplifi that shows all of the transactions in a given period. But when I right click and print, it only prints out the first page with the diagram at the top, and a few transactions that fit on the first page. The rest are ignored. Is there a way to print all of the transactions that are included in the period? Thanks.

There is no print ability at this time. At best, you can screenshot and print screenshots.
You can vote for the ability here:
But this one was submitted for review 2-3 years ago, and they haven't yet opted to make it a priority.

@trtrlik, thanks for posting your inquiry to the Community!
At this time, aside from the new Taxes Report which has an export option for the entire report, you can only export the Transaction Activity listed in a report. Doing so should allow you to get all of your transactions into a CSV file, which can then be printed.
I hope this helps!

For anyone listening and using Simplifi Business & Personal Edition, I have overcome the print problem easily enough (on a Windows 11 machine) to use with my accountant for the reports P&L, Balance Sheet, and Taxes.
- Run the report so it is visible on your screen
- Right click (Windows mouse) and select Print or use the Print function available in most browsers (…) three dot menu far right on the header menu.
- In the print manager window select your paper printer, or print to PDF like I do to send to my accountant
- Scroll down to the bottom of the print window and look for the More Settings blue hyperlink and click to open and expand it
- On the expanded menu look for Scale % which appears on my menu just below Paper Size
- On this menu are 3 scaling options to fit what's on your screen into a printable space. After trying them all, I landed on using the third option on the bottom of the choices. It is not labeled but has a numerical field beside it for you to select the Scale % you want the screen image to resize to.
- Click the radio button to select it then type the number 55 in the box to rescale the report to 55% of default size. You will see most if not all the report resize within the print window. Now print.
Note: I found on long reports like the P&L I had to collapse the category windows so only the main categories and their numbers fit nicely into the printed version. You can experiment expanding and contracting categories for different outcomes. Here is a screen shot of the version of a P&L I printed to a PDF file. Looks just the same on my paper printer.
One Final Note: I shrink my screen Zoom from 100% to 75% when using Simplifi for a tighter view. Zoom also affects the report so I recommend Zooming then going through the Print task as it will make a difference. You might have to experiment because your computer display is different than mine. I use a Microsoft Surface Go 3.
