Missing Transactions (monthly re-occurrence)

Once again, Simplifi disappoints by showing no failure to connect but still not fetching transactions for University Federal Credit Union (ufcu.org) with the last transaction shown even though UFCU shows FIVE transactions since then.
Since this happens month after month, how can I get it escalated?

Yes, that works as a one-time workaround, but I'm looking for a permanent solution which doesn't require that I have to continually check to see if Simplifi is actually working as it should and then having to manually recover system faults on a regular basis.

If the issue is resolved by performing a reset of the account, or by disconnecting and reconnecting the account, we wouldn't typically be able to escalate it. To better understand the issue, though, do you only check Quicken Simplifi once a month and notice that transactions didn't download into the account, or does the account download transactions as expected most of the time, and then stops once a month?
To add some clarity, you do have to open Quicken Simplifi and refresh your accounts to have transactions download. They won't download in the background or anything along those lines. Users typically need to refresh their accounts, and then review the transactions that download from doing so, so that correct categories can be assigned, missed links to recurring reminders can be made, etc. So there is some manual intervention required to use the program efficiently.
