Can manually added accounts be made so all transactions are auto?

I basically use 2 separate bank accounts ( Banks ) 1 was on the list the other was not. I manually added the name and balance of that one but can it be set up ( I provide routing numbers etc so it becomes auto like the other acct. That one was super easy set up

If I'm understanding correctly, you have a financial institution that isn't supported for automatic download, and you're trying to find out if there's a way for transactions with that financial institution to be automatically entered into your accounts?
Which financial institution is this? What is the URL that you use when logging into your account directly through the financial institution's website? I can use this information to check if the financial institution is supported in Quicken Simplifi.
If the financial institution isn't supported in Quicken Simplifi, then there isn't a way to automatically fill in transactions. You are able to input the transactions manually. See this article for more information on managing transactions:
You are also able to import transactions using a CSV file, but it needs to be formatted properly. See this article for more information:
Currently, while you can create reminders, they can't be converted into transactions and entered into your register. There is an Idea requesting that functionality be added. You may want to take a look and add your vote, since if that functionality is added in the future, it would allow you to create recurring reminders to, at least partially, automate adding transactions to your account registers.
