Posted date transaction vs actual

Can I offer feedback to this platform to consider adding actual transaction date and then matching the posted date to the actual transaction? Basically a reverse of what you do now which is posting the posted date and automatically matching the manually input of the actual transaction date. The problem I have is that the posted date goes into another moth when the money was actually spent in the previous month which means I have to manually put in the actual transaction.

As things stand now, however, you can easily assign a transaction to whichever month's Spending Plan you'd like simply by editing the date of the downloaded transaction. https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/3348103-managing-transactions-in-quicken-simplifi#h_36d034e0a7

Whichever month the transaction is dated for is the month it will be counted in the Spending Plan. I hope this helps!
