Add an "overspent" visual cue to Planned Spending (edited)

The graphs for the expenses added to planned spending currently show the percentage actual vs planned until actual reaches 100%. However, after that, there's no visualization showing how much you've overspent, just a redish color for the 100%. There is a numerical value, but it would be great to have a visual cue showing order of magnitude for the overspend.
