Need a 'Select All' and 'Date Range' Filter (edited)

I thought I was missing something when I couldn't find how to do activity searches by date. I'm dumbfounded that functionality doesn't exist. Please, please add it!!

You can NOT export Investments bbertchie. That is another unacceptable "feature".
