Thank you for keeping me updated, although I'm sorry you still haven't received the Prompt Payer badge.
I let the Team know that the issue persists for the October badge, and asked if there's any further info we can provide to help identify the cause. I'll let you know if I hear back.

The saga continues... I pretended that I wasn't looking forward to seeing if I would receive my first Prompt Payer badge today. My pretense even went so far as to my writing a whole post on how much I appreciate the Achievement badges built into Simplifi! But alas, today has arrived and no badge

I've received an update from my Team stating that they believe this issue is now resolved. Would you mind checking in Simplifi and letting me know how it goes, please?

Sadly, it looks like the fix for this will not be retroactive. Please keep an eye out for the Badge on the 8th of next month and let us know how it goes. 🙂

I'm trying hard to keep my excitment in check as I wait to see what will happen when April 8th rolls around. As of today all my bills and subscriptions have been paid and are marked paid in the Spending Plan so 🤞
