Add a Notification for potential overspending based on budget (edited)

There is a great overspending feature Every Dollar. This can be improved upon but helps with  making sure you don't go overdraft in the middle of the month between paychecks. Its base on your planned budgeted items. You might have enough money for the month but may go in negative before your paycheck hits based on common monthly budget apps.
