Bill Connect / Link Biller to Reminder
The AI chatbot said this was a common issue but can't find a thread specifically for tracking this. I am a relatively new user. It seems that most of the billers available to connect to recurring transactions (reminders) won't ever successfully link. It tries for several minutes and then goes to a screen saying we are working on linking, we will let you know if we need anything else. I am really liking the software over Quicken Deluxe but this issue is slightly frustrating. Is anyone else having problems with most billers?

Thanks for posting your inquiry to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue linking to some Billers in Simplifi.
If you'd like to provide the specific Billers you're attempting to connect to, we can take a look from our end to see if we can confirm the issue. Also, some common credit card companies are not available to connect to via Bill Connect, such as Capital One, Citi, and Wells Fargo.

@Coach Natalie Here is a list of billers I've run into this issue with.
Mint Mobile - It tries to connect. It sends the request to the phone to allow and then fails.
Truist - It asks to text a code that is received and entered and then fails.
USAA Property & CasualtyAnd here is a list of billers that are not available in the tool. Let me know if there is a more appropriate place to submit this list.

For any Billers that say "We're working on linking…", these are not yet supported, however, our Bill Connect Service Provider is working on adding support for them, so hopefully we see them at some point in the future.
For any that are not listed in Simplifi, if you'd like to request them, you'll want to create a separate Idea post for each one in the Report Missing Financial Institution section of the Community and include the URL used to sign in, just like the requests made here and here. Make sure to specify that it's Bill Connect you're looking for as opposed to a financial institution.
Finally, for Truist, based on your screenshot, we most likely need to look further into this. Please go ahead and create a separate post to report that specific issue, and we'd be happy to take a closer look.
