    @Coach Natalie, Its been several months since I raised the paypal credit issue. When can we expect resolution to this problem?

    @Phogramity, unfortunately, we still don't have an ETA to provide or anything along those lines. The issue is being worked on with our service provider, so we just have to wait for a response at this point. I'll be sure to let you know as soon as one is received.

    I'm subscribing as I'm having the same issue - this is my primary credit card so if Simplifi cannot connect to it then Simplifi cannot provide the service I'm paying for. I'd really like this resolved soon or I'm going to cancel my subscription and go find another provider who doesn't have this issue.

    I still have no transactions appearing for my PayPal Credit account.

    @Phogramity which connector of the two do you use? For me the one named "PayPal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto" did the trick, while the one named "PayPal" does not include the credit card.

    @fbizsen Yes I use the cred/MC/Crypto connector.

  • still an issue with mine. PayPal extras Mastercard still does not pull in. I’ve tried contacting synchrony within PayPal and got nothing.

    Sorry for the false alarm, I thought the issue got resolved but in fact there's a discrepancy between my February transactions and what shows up in Quicken (credit card payment showed up, but the charges did not). Please disregard my message about it being resolved.

    I noticed however that if I look at the transactions for my PayPal account under Cash & Checking+ my PayPal Cashback World Mastercard then the merged set of the two gives me an accurate list of transactions. Does anyone else see that?

    My PayPal account is still not syncing transactions. The balance shows correctly.

    @Phogramity, are you still seeing this issue in Quicken Simplifi? Can you perhaps try deleting and re-adding the account to see if transactions download (if they haven't already)?

    Is anyone else still seeing this empty register issue with PayPal Credit in Quicken Simplifi?

    i keep trying each week with adding my Paypal extras Mastercard with the credit, crypto connection and still only shows the checking balance. So this function for me still does not work.

    @Moniz-rr , thanks for letting me know!

    It doesn't look like you've been added to the ticket prior, so we'll need to gather some data from you to do so. First, have you tried completely deleting and re-adding the account or anything along those lines to establish a fresh connection? Also, is the register empty for the account in Quicken Simplifi, or are you unable to add the account at all?

    @Phogramity, can you take another look to see if this issue is resolved, please? If the register is still empty (you may want to fully delete/re-add the account to know for sure), we'll need to get new examples from you that include the Date, Payee, and Amount (3 total).

    Same issue here. It was working well through May 4. Any charges from May 11 on have not appeared in my PayPal credit account in Simplifi. I had to manually add a payment I made to the account because Simplifi showed it as a withdrawal from checking but not categorized as transfer to the PayPal credit account.

    Note: I do not have the PayPal Mastercard. I have PayPal Credit.

    The PayPal Credit balance is showing correctly. The PayPal (bank) Account is also missing transactions after May 4. The ones charged to my checking account show up in my checking account in Simplifi, so that's not a problem. I never keep a balance in the PayPal bank account and tag all transactions there as "Parallel"

    Since it doesn't sound like you're experiencing an empty register with PayPal, which is what this thread is for, you'd want to post separately in the Community to outline your issue. In this particular case, however, you are most likely experiencing a known issue —

    @Coach Natalie, I deleted the Paypal institution in General > Accounts, and the added it back again. No transactions have populated. The last set of screenshots I sent you is still the most current and UTD information. Let me know if you have questions about anything I've written above.

    @Phogramity, thanks for giving it another try!

    The last screenshots I see from you are from December of 2023. Have there been no new transactions since then? If not, that may be why you're still seeing an empty register, as banks typically only provide 90 days' worth of transactions. We will need some example transactions from you that have taken place more recently to continue working on the escalation.

    @Coach Natalie, that is correct. The screen says it should load transactions as far back as 2020.

    @Phogramity, to clarify, the "All Time (Since 2020)" is the Transactions on Demand feature and has nothing to do with the data provided by the bank upon initial connection. Since we can't escalate cases for missing transactions over 90 days old, we will need you to incur some new activity in the account and then try once again to add it to Quicken Simplifi. As mentioned in my last comment, we need new example transactions that are missing that are less than 90 days old to continue with the escalation.

    sorry I haven’t had a chance to get back with you. I have tried for the past year (every week) to add/delete the PayPal Mastercard Credit card to the Simplifi account register with the PayPal Credit,crypto connection. It keeps trying to connect the regular PayPal (checking)

    account and shows a zero balance even though I have $4.00 in it. I do however use my PayPal credit card every day and can provide what I can.

    I will also note that I do have the regular PayPal connection linked and that is working fine for any debit card or actual “PayPal” transactions. Just the PayPal Extras Mastercard credit card connection has not worked
