Empty Register with PayPal Credit Card (edited)

Can a survey be initiated to determine whether PayPal transactions sync for anyone? (They did for me for a while.) Can it be determined what computer issues, if any, make a difference? Something changed after May 4, 2024, that caused this to become a problem for me again.

Unless you're experiencing an empty register with a PayPal Credit or Credit Card account, you wouldn't want to post here. If you're unable to add a PayPal Credit or Credit Card account, we have an existing thread/escalation here:
