  • When I try to reconnect to Venmo I get a message that I've already added all accounts with them. Still not connected after multiple attempts. This is also happening with my PayPal account.

    Hello @Tina5757,

    Thanks for posting to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Venmo in Simplifi.

    To clarify, when you navigate to Settings > Accounts, do you see "Venmo" as a financial institution? Also, do or have you had Venmo accounts added in Simplifi at any point?
