Lack of support!
Well, I thought Simplifi was going to be a very good product. And it is, Except, when it comes to account aggregation. I do not have the time necessary to give all the details on each account that does not connect any more. Used to connnect, but now get this type message, "We are unable to update First Internet Bank of Indiana at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Simplifii support.
Care Code: QCS-0429-2. "
I now get this message for several of my financial institutions, and all the support I ever get is, try this, wait 24 hours, wait 48 hours, etc. Then it is escalated, with no eta for a fix. And it seems that the only way it is ever resolved, is if I spend half my day on chat. This happens too many times. So, I have decided to move on. Simplifi is not worth the hassle.

You can search the error codes in the forum, to find, Quoting @Coach Natalie :
QCS-0429-2 is from too many failed attempts; this error requires 24 hours to clear.
