New account - Old transactions showing a plus instead in negative out of my account - Please help

Same thing is happening to me as in this post….. My bank transactions are all showing as income instead of spending. Please help me.

To clarify, my previous spending transactions are showing up as "Personal Income" in category

Please provide the following details so we can get a clearer idea of what's going on:
- What type of account is it?
- What bank are you connecting to for this account in Quicken Simplifi?
- By "old transactions", what specifically are you referring to (transactions before a certain date, etc.)?
- Is this the first time you've connected this account in Quicken Simplifi?
The more info you provide will allow the Community to best assist you. 🙂
