ETrade still not working?

Hello! I saw from an earlier post that the E-Trade problem should have been resolved. I tried connecting both yesterday and today, using an authenticator app and NOT using an authenticator app, and I got the same error (see below). I am a new user to SimplifyMoney (Mint convert). Can anyone help me with this? There are 2 accounts through E-Trade. Thank you!
We are unable to connect to E*Trade Bank at this time.

I searched the forum, and apparently "A 101 error indicates that the bank is temporarily throttling connection traffic," source of quote:
It's odd to me that this would be happening on a weekend, but that's what @Coach Natalie said it means
