@Alex4e, thanks for posting!

To clarify, are you attempting to connect to the option listed as "American Express" in Quicken Simplifi? If so, it sounds like you may have a pop-up blocker or something along those lines that's preventing the OAuth flow from initiating on your browser. Can you give it a try from a different browser or in incognito mode, please?
