SOFI Connection QCS-0429-2 Error

Hello,
After creating a SOFI checking/savings account, I waited a day and tried to connect to Simplifi. Unfortunately I was hit with a QCS-0429-2 error and am unable to connect.
What does this error mean and are there any steps I could take to get this connection through?
I connected SOFI through Mint and I thought Simplifi used the same Intuit aggregation service so this seems odd.

According to the below, QCS-0429-2 means that there were too many failed attempts, and it requires 24 hours to clear -
