Not able to add my Amercian Express account

I'm a new user, after entering my American Express credentials, authorizing my card and being redirected back to the Simplifi website, an error message appeared stating, "You have already added all your accounts at this bank.", I double checked my account list, and I'm confident that my Amercian Express account is not included. I'm unsure what is causing this issue. Please help.

    To better understand the issue, please provide some additional details:

    • What type of American Express account(s) are you attempting to add?
    • Have you tried all of the American Express options — these are "American Express", "American Express - Banking", and "American Express Bank FSB"?
    • Have you ever had American Express connected in Quicken SImplifi?

    Thank you so much, by using the "American Express - Banking" fixed my issue, not sure what the difference is though.
