FDP-155 with Kohl's Credit Card Account (edited)
When I attempt to connect I get this message: "We are unable to connect to Kohls Credit Card at this time. Care Code: FDP-155"

The FDP-155 error with Kohls Credit Card is a known issue. Our Alert here can be followed for updates:

@dpocon07 Check out this thread as well - same issue discussed with results from me contactin Kohl's. First line of customer service was clueless, but we'll see what the follow up results in. That's the problem with customers trying to troubleshoot these issues with the institution as Simplifi often suggests - customer service doesn't usually have a clue about this sort of thing nor do they know who to contact. I had to put on my sales hat and scrounge about LinkedIn to find someone in IT and then message a few people to try and find a contact that could do something at another bank.
