Numerous Rules on iOS/mobile Issues

When I go to change the name of a payee on mobile (iOS) and check the create rule box, a few things are broken (see attached video in Zip file):
- When I check to create rule, the new name DOES not automatically appear on the New Rule Screen
- When I attempt to change the name of the New Rule screen, I cannot type and see the "raname payee" field at the same time. I'm typing blind, which is an awful experience.
- The View Transactions button does not work at all. Clicking on it does absolutely nothing.

For number one, I'm not sure that I'm following the issue, nor am I sure what part of your video this behavior is reflected in. Can you provide more details, please? The steps to reproduce in a numbered format and/or a video of just that part would be helpful.
