@TiggerTrainer, if you are experiencing trouble with a specific connection in Quicken Simplifi, you will want to create a post to outline the issue so troubleshooting can ensue.
It's possible that the OP in this request has not yet seen the update to try. And as shown in my screenshot, the connection is now available. Posting about an issue in an Idea post will increase the odds of it not being properly addressed.
