My payee for YoutubeTV is listed about a dozen different ways…. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

can the rule not have a LITTLE smarts …to be about to say if XXXXX exists in the payee activate the rule

so if Youtube is in the payee …make the category television

This is soooooo easy to do in [removed]

The TOP 2 things needed is

1. reliable downloading of transactions
2. complex rules like [removed] to handle the transactions…
3. 
   PLEASE make this a priority….its will take hours to make all the rules to handle all the combinations

I understand your frustration, I feel the same way sometimes. My rules rename the payee properly most times.

In the meantime, can you review the rules you created? If the payee says youtube (you can use youtube and you tube if the words come separate, the payee rules allow for more than 1 rename rule), make the category television.

As a user, I need to enhance Rules to support payee Keywords AND Amount of a transaction, so Simplifi can recognize transactions made through money sending tools such as Venmo.

Use Case: Money sending tools such as Venmo is used to pay monthly bills, I would like to setup rules where the amount of the payment (in addition to keyword) are used to rename the pay. For example, If keyword is Venmo and Amount = $140 Then set payee to Cleaning Service, vs. Venmo + $150 = Music Lesson.

so I had a 1 hr session with a coach…. Note I'm very impressed with her knowledge and help

So there IS a solution to the Youtube transaction spelled multiple ways

1. Create a New payee rule with keywords Youtube and payee be named Youtube TV
2. Create a category rule (NOW i can search for Youtube TV) and call it television

Last thing really cool is in the search box you can put >1500 to find transactions larger than 1500… this is not obvious
