Mobile update 5.2.0 - no Credit Score (edited)
Hi,
I received an update now on my iPhone and I am supposed to see credit score in mobile. I don’t see that option after the update.
I also don’t see a a note under feature update for the latest mobile update.

my update is 5.2 and not the above one. Per iOS App Store comment credit score is added. Please double check for me?

Yes, I believe most of the coding was completed in 5.2.0, however, the feature has not yet been enabled on the Mobile App. Once it is enabled, we'll be sure to post on the Credit Score Feedback thread to let everyone know.

I am told in mobile credit score is enabled now but it still not working.

It sounds like Credit Score should be live on the Mobile App to all of Early Access, so since you're still not seeing it, I'd suggest contacting our Chat or Phone Support Team directly for more advanced troubleshooting and potentially an escalation.

I'm also not seeing the credit score (i'm looking under "reports") on the mobile app. It's not a big deal to me, but I thought i would share that. Is it somewhere other than reports?

Thank you @ajbopp and @RobWilk for checking. I was wondering whether I was doing something wrong. @Coach Natalie , I reached out to helpdesk. They asked me for mobile screenshots. I provided it. It took 30 min just for this. Later they asked to me to provide web logs. I got irritated and logged off. Just to confirm this feature is not there, I need to spend more than 30 min and then provide a bunch of logs which does not makes sense to me. Why web log matters for a mobile app issue? What if I am a person who never uses web? Just something to think thru for future. Like Rob mentioned, this is not a critical feature for me. For now I am not going to check any more on this.

For the record, I see it too now. I still find it - surprising - that the credit score says my score is 'excellent' when I have a bankruptcy on my credit report.
