Planned Spending Upgrade

I need the ability to have planned spending that occurs every 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 months. For example, my kids get hair cuts every three months. In Mint, I was able to create a budget or “planned spending” that said I would spend $60 every three months. This would “set aside” $20 a month and gradually build over time until it was time to spend that money. It let me choose the starting month and everything.

I noticed that you have something similar available with subscriptions, choosing how often I’m billed for it and choosing what month it will be billed. I would like to have the flexibility with planned spending as well.
