Ability to rearrange spending plan and watch list cards

give us the ability to drag and drop the spending plan and watch list cards into an order of our choosing

Thank you for coming to the Community to share your feedback! To clarify, if you're talking about being able to customize the cards' locations on the Dashboard, then you already can do that on the mobile app (tap on the 3 lines, choose Settings, then Customize dashboard). The feature is not yet available on the web app, but I can see an idea requesting that functionality, among other customization options:
