Can't connect to my banks...
I am a long time user of Quicken Classic and had hopes that Simplify would be a better option going forward. Even though Navy Federal Credit Union appears as a choice, it will not connect. I have seen in the Community Forum that this is a known issue and that no solution or timeline for resolution has been offered. Also, my other main financial institution, Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union, doesn't even appear for connection. Although I like what I see in this ap, It is useless to me without working link to these two credit unions. I have a couple more weeks before I have to request a refund. I hope there is a working fix before the clock runs out…

Thanks for reaching out! I was unable to locate an instance in Quicken Simplifi for Matanuska Valley Credit Union. You may create an idea post to request that financial institution to be added to Quicken Simplifi so that other users may vote for and follow the post for updates! Be sure to include the URL for the bank's website.
As for Navy Federal FCU, we are aware of the known issue. You will want to make sure your browser is completely up to date. If you are on Mac, you will also want to make sure you are using the latest OS as well. Please let us know if this is the case for you!
