Rename rules to keep/exclude parts of statement name (like for Amazon purchases)

I buy a lot on Amazon. For each transaction the statement name is something like "AMAZON RETAIL SEATTLE WA. Seventh Generation Baby Wipes" and that gets automatically renamed to just "Amazon". If I want to categorize, I have to open the transaction so I can see the statement name. It would be much easier if the renaming kept the key information from the statement name that identifies what I purchased.

Specifically, the part "AMAZON RETAIL SEATTLE WA." is common to all these transactions and I'd like to ignore it or just shorten to "Amazon". Instead, the part "Seventh Generation Baby Wipes" is specific to this transaction and identifies what I bought and so is useful for the category I apply.

So the rename rule I would need is: if the statement name includes "AMAZON RETAIL SEATTLE WA." then use as payee "Amazon" plus the rest of the statement name (but delete "AMAZON RETAIL SEATTLE WA.")
