Hi

I got an email notification today about my projected balance going below $500, but the body of the message says the projected balance will be > $1500. Here's a screenshot of the message.

This looks like the same issue mentioned in the following post.

Let me know if you need any more info.

Thanks

Oh I see what's happening. The balance is projected to be negative $1,500.19 on that date, but the email doesn't show it as a negative number.

    Hello @strwrsdbz,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. Is this the first time you've received an incorrect notification? If not, how often does this happen? Has this happened with any other types of notification?

I look forward to your reply!

This is the first time I've noticed a notification had this issue. I also received another today though, around the same time of day. So it looks like the alert is getting checked once a day.

If you are sure the alert is wrong, I would try turning off the alert for a while and turning it back on later to see if that re-sets it. I had an issue a while back, and that seemed to work for me. At least, I stopped getting it.

It's correct that I'm getting an alert, but the contents of the alert message are incorrect. I turned the notification off and back on (about 30 minutes apart), but I also moved some funds around so that the alert should stop being triggered for the foreseeable future.

I can provide more info if it would be helpful, but I don't expect I'll be seeing the incorrect message anymore. At least if anyone else sees this they can jump in the thread.
