The situation is getting worse. I'm now seeing doubled and tripled transactions from Barclays.

The doubled transactions appear to go back to April 6th. What is the best course of action to remove the doubles? It's really quite a mess.

Seeing the same… What a mess. Support originally tried to gaslight me into believing the duplicate transactions were normal behavior because I modified pending transactions. They finally agreed to escalation the situation once I showed them the issue goes back to the beginning of April. Between this and the missing transaction issue over the weekend, it really makes me wonder about their QA process before code is released to production.

I am also seeing this for all or almost all transactions from Barclay since April 8. (I don't have any for April 6-7.)

I chatted with "Diego from Quicken's technical support team" in app about this issue. He asked me to submit feedback that included a screenshot so that "our internal technical team will create a post on the community forum based on the reports from our customers. The purpose of the post is to keep customers informed when the issue has been resolved."

I now also have duplicate Barclays credit card transactions for every transaction starting from April 7th.

Thank you for reaching out! Could you please provide the following information to help us troubleshoot this issue? Feel free to DM this information to me.
- The name of the account in which the transactions are duplicated, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
- The Date, Payee, and Amount (or Date, Security, and Amount if it's an investing action transaction) of a few example transactions that are currently duplicated in Quicken Simplifi.
- A screenshot of the example transactions from the bank's website.
- A screenshot of the corresponding register in Quicken Simplifi showing that the transactions are duplicated.
- Confirm whether the duplicate transactions are impacting the balance in Quicken Simplifi or not.
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that has a wide enough scope to show the full page URL. This is the landing page after signing in, and typically lists all accounts and balances. You will want to take this from a web browser and not a mobile browser, as well as redact any private info such as account numbers.
Please also submit your logs via the 'Send Feedback' option:
- Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select the Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key (Mac) or the Alt key (Windows), and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

@Coach Jon I DM'd you a couple screenshots. I'm pretty sure it was all transactions from April 6th on but there may have been a few that didn't get duplicated.

Thanks for the information sent. I see you mentioned you have already deleted all duplicate transactions. Are transactions still coming in as duplicates currently? I ask because we will need examples in order to escalate the issue.
As for the other issue you mentioned in the DM, since it is an alternate issue, you would need to create a new post so troubleshooting can occur there. I hope this makes sense!

I also experienced this issue with Barclays.
I deleted all the duplicates which went back to April 6 or 7.
they haven reappeared as of now.
I do recall receiving a message from Quicken about an issue on an update which mentioned something about some transactions getting deleted, but it said not to worry, they were correcting and transactions would be restored.
Could these dupiicates be a result of that. “Fix” messing up?

@Coach Jon If by "the other issue" you mean that all pending transactions are showing as income rather than spending, there is a previous thread. And I highly doubt these are separate issues.
I will try to collect another screen shot in a few days with new duplicated transactions. In the meantime, I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
