Request to add Vestwell 401K (edited)
I'm trying to add a Vestwell 401K account and I do not see it listed. Can you please offer the option to connect their system via Simplifimoney?? I would add them manually but I'm also have issues today with Simplifimoney manually adding accounts. I keep getting "An error occurred. Please try again" when I try to add an account.

We can turn this into an official Missing Financial Institution Request, but we would need the URL used to sign in to the bank's website. Our FAQ here goes over in more detail how Missing Financial Institution Requests work:
As for the error received when adding a manual account, I would recommend creating a separate post to troubleshoot that issue:

This has been converted to an official Missing Financial Institution Request. Please note that we can't guarantee whether a requested bank will be added or when this may take place, but we will post here with any news, should it become available.
In the meantime, you can track the account manually in Quicken Simplifi. Our support article here goes over adding manual accounts:
