    The Arvest.com goes to the main website. The main website has a drop down menu with different links such as: mortgage, credit cards, loans. It will not connect unless the mortgage link is used.

    Hello @Almadac99,

    The URL you see within Quicken Simplifi when connecting an account is not necessarily the URL we use to connect to the financial institution. Have you tried connecting via the instance I shared above?

    Yes, I tried mortgage and online banking but it is no longer connecting.

    Hello @Almadac99,

    Thanks for the reply! From our side, I can see that you are receiving an FDP-106 error. Can you let us know if you are trying to add an account to Quicken Simplifi for the first time, or updating an existing account already within Quicken Simplifi? If it is the latter, I would try using a fresh connection. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts.

    I tried both ways but it says Arvest is reporting connection issues. I have also gotten FDP-187 or FDP-103.

    Thank you for the information. Did you try making the account manual and re-linking, as stated above? Additionally, can you supply a screenshot of the error you mentioned?

    Thank you for the screenshot. That looks like the Arvest Bank - Web Connect instance. Can you also supply a screenshot showing the error you receive for Arvest Central Mortgage Company? I would also try the steps I gave here if you haven't already:

    Thanks for the requested screenshot. Have you previously connected to Arvest successfully in Quicken Simplifi? Additionally, can you provide the following information:

    • The name of the account, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
    • The name of the account, as it appears on the bank's website.
    • What type of account are you attempting to connect?
    • Has there been any changes made to the bank's website or the sign-in process recently?
    • Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days?
    • What is the exact URL you see after signing into the bank’s website?
    • A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that lists all accounts and balances (feel free to redact any personal info) and has a wide enough scope to show the page URL (this must be taken from a web browser and not a mobile browser).

    Hello,

    Yes the connection was perfect for almost a year.

    • I deleted the account in Simplifi because I cannot get it to connect.

    • On the bank account website it is Arvest Mortgage.

    •It is a Mortgage account

    •No changes to the sign I process.

    •There is monthly activity in the account.

    Is there a link for improvement requests? Account balances for accounts would be very helpful.

    I am not sure what you mean by Account balances for accounts, but we do have a feedback section where you can post your feedback about the product, and you can also create an idea post as well that other users can vote on and follow for updates!

    under the transaction activity for each bank there are tags that we can choose from like Date, Status, Payee, Category, Tags, and Amount. Is there a Balance tag which would give the balance after each transaction?

    Quicken Simplifi does not have a running balance column at this time due to our product team declining the idea. This may change in the future but as of right now, there is no running balance column.
