Split Notes and Payees

Would like the ability to have a Note in each split in a transaction. Would like the ability to have a list of Payees that I can edit.

Also, on the payee list, the existing payees come from transactions (including entered transactions and, for example, reminders scheduled). You can edit the payee list by editing the transactions that have them, if i remember right. There may be more details on the linked idea post.
