New 'Income & Expense Report' Feature Requests

First off, this report is incredible. This is exactly what was missing in Simplifi (a P&L type view)--let's fine tune it!

Feature requests for the new income & expense report:

1. The ability to easily export this to the same looking report in .csv -- right now the .csv download doesn't do well with nesting. The first 'category' column should be split into 3-4 columns (eg COL1: Expense, COL2: Parent Categories, COL3: Child Categories)
2. Within Simplifi, a way to easily collapse all parent categories (so we don't have to manually do that every time we make a change to the filters)
