Add the pop-up bubbles to the Projected Balance Chart's 'In the past' section (edited)

In the 'in the past' section of the Projected Balance chart, it would be nice to have the pop-up bubbles showing the transactions that made up each given balance change, similar to how the 'future transaction' section of the chart already has.
