Daily Verification Codes

Is there anyway to fix or resolve 2 factor verification codes being sent each time I login to Simplifi? For example, I have a connection with HSA Bank and each time that account connection trys to update in Simplifi I am asked for a verification code. This doesnt happen with all my connections just a few. Anyway to resolve this issue?…if not I am going to have to disconnect the accts that ask for daily verification codes bc it is a pain to do that each time.

Thanks for posting your inquiry to the Community!

Unfortunately, we have no control over the various MFA prompts you may receive in Simplifi, as these are made by the banks directly. The only thing we can recommend is to see if you can lower or disable MFA requirements with the bank to prevent being prompted in Simplifi.
