How to reduce MFA pop ups daily?

For one of my account https://yourmortgageonline.com/login , I get daily multiple pops up to update MFA code. I understand this is a security feature added at Mortgage Company's side. I am thinking since this is mortgage company and is updated monthly there is no value checking everyday multiple times.

I tried explaining this to SMS and I don't think the helpdesk gets it. Can this me achieved from Simplifi side by reducing the pop to monthly or whatever is a better refresh frequency?

Since the MFA requests are made directly by the banks, we don't have any control over them: https://help.simplifimoney.com/en/articles/4704254-why-do-i-need-to-re-authenticate-my-bank-with-every-refresh

@Coach Natalie , I know we don’t have control on what the back/mortgage company does. That is not my ask. Simplifi asks for a refresh right. Reduce the frequency to monthly is the ask? - Will that qualify for a feature request?
