Desjardins, CIBC (Canada), National Bank of Canada (+National Bank Independent Network)
Together, these three institutions must cover 25-30% of the Canadian population. Would be nice to have them added to the list of institution on Simplifi. They are all supported in Mint, so if you want to grab these users, you should support them. Small effort to connect vs. large user population in Canada should mean it's a no-brainer to prioritise them.

@Jota Efe, thanks for posting to the Community!
I went ahead and moved this out of Missing Financial Institution Requests, as you want to submit just one request per post in accordance with our guidelines here:
With that, however, it looks like there are a few options in Quicken Simplifi for Desjardins already:
For CIBC Canada, we have an existing request here:
And for National Bank of Canada, this appears to already be available under "National Bank of Canada - New Logi":
I hope this helps!

CIBC also does not work for canadian accounts. On both quicken and empower it asked you to choose a phone number for two-factor authentication and it is not a number I am familiar with.
Massive opportunity here for a company to follow in Mint's footsteps!

Hi,
I confirm that Desjardins for Canadian users is not in the list of banks. Login URL should be
I paid for Quicken, I hope it will be added soon

@mbdrlp, thanks for posting!
Have you tried using the options listed in Quicken Simplifi for Desjardins? If so, what happens? I'm honestly not sure if the option listed in Quicken Simplifi is for the U.S. only since support for Canada is brand new, but when I click on the link from Quicken Simplifi, the website that pulls up appears to be in French and looks similar to the link you provided.
If you're receiving a 102 error, we have a separate thread here:
Please let us know so we can best assist!

Indeed If I select "Desjardins Online Solutions Coast" it should work. If I open the link I able to connect to my Desjardins account.
But with Quicken I have FDP-102 error

I see that National Bank of Canada and American Express Canada are dropdown options but I still have trouble connecting to them…I can't be the only one with these issues?

Nevermind looks like National Bank works now, I just need AMEX and Wealthsimple to work now.

Hello @darkrabbit13,
To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end and can see you are getting a FDP-105 error when attempting to connect to Wealthsimple. This is a know issue, which has already been reported, although we do not have an ETA. To track the status of the issue and receive any updates, when available, please bookmark this Community Alert.
For further assistance with the American Express Canada issue, I recommend that you create a separate discussion and provide more details about what issues you are encountering when attempting to connect in that new discussion. For instructions on creating a new discussion, please click this link.
Thank you!
