Primis Bank Connection constantly needing 2FA code
I have Simplifi connected to my Primis bank account. Simplifi is constantly asking for my Primis 2FA code texted to my phone number. And on more than one occasion Simplifi has caused my Primis bank account to be locked.
I have connected Copilot to my Primis bank account without any issues and it says in sync without ever asking for a 2FA code. So I know it is possible to connect to Primis correctly.
Is something I can do to help get this fixed?

Unfortunately, we don't have any control over the MFA requests sent by your various banks, as these are sent by the banks directly. Our support article here has more details on this:
