    Please add the ability to add a Ford Motor 401k account. The websites are

    Per a previous suggestion, I did go to my.plaid.com and was able to successfully add my employers Alight account into Plaid, despite Quicken Simplifi still not offering it as an option. I hope this means that it may be available soon. It seems as though the number of employers available keeps growing.

    Of note, the Plaid connection did not work at first and Plaid Support responded to my inquiry today to say that they believed the issue had been fixed. Again, I hope that Plaid fixing something on their end might spur Quicken to accelerate their addition of Alight solutions. The only difference appears to be the URLs.

    @Coach Natalie if this could get a nudge with the Dev team I know a lot of us would appreciate it. Especially since a 401(k) has the potential to significantly impact our overall net worth figure.

    @pat_carr , I have not found a means to connect with Plaid Support. How were you able to connect with Plaid Support?

    @Drew try my.plaid.com/help. It's in the hamburger menu when you're logged into your my.plaid.com account.

    Thanks @pat_carr! It's my guess, that you used the chat box to communicate with Plaid support, correct?

    Unfortunately, the chat box is a no-go, and my Plaid portal does not provide any means to connect with Plaid support. It just points to support articles.

    The chat box is what worked for me. You may have to find the right sequence of questions and responses to get to the "raise a ticket" option.

    Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, my chat box efforts resulted in a circle-jerk experience of let’s start it over and my inquiry's category option was removed.


    I’ll give it another shot, but work on wording to hopefully trigger “raise a ticket” option.

    Its been ~2-ish years, and we still do not have an Alight integration for RTX/Raytheon. Any update on when that will be added? It worked ever-so-briefly back when Raytheon switched from Fidelity to Alight after their merger with UTC to form RTX… but broke within weeks and now its not even listed as an option in Simplifi

    @Coach Natalie used to regularly post links that you could share with your financial institution and ask them to sign up to be supported. Of course, back then we only had Intuit-based connections on here, now there are more connection methods supported. I think it might've been something like this but i could be wrong - https://www.intuit.com/partners/fdp/implementation-support/ofx/why-connect/get-started/ - and the bank had to agree to it and allow them to set up a test account and pay a fee to be included. But now OFX (or whatever it is) is not the only/primary way to connect to Simplifi. It might be helpful if they still provided those links so you could more directly petition your bank to support Simplifi.

    Plaid.com can connect to my Alight - Huntington Ingalls Industries. [removed] supports various connections, including Plaid.com. So, going to conduct a free trial test [removed].

    The auth to add Alight for Target is still broken. Plaid said this summer that they are working on it. Quicken, can we get a workaround for Simplifi please?
